Pool Rules
Swimming pool rules are as follows:
- ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK, THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
- YOU CANNOT BE IN THE POOL OR POOL AREA ALONE! THERE MUST ALWAYS BE AT LEAST 2 PEOPLE IN THE POOL AREA AT ALL TIMES
- YOU MUST BE OVER 12 TO SWIM WITHOUT A PARENT / GRANDPARENT PRESENT
- UNDER 12 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT/GRANDPARENT AT ALL TIMES
- NO PETS AT THE POOL
- NO GLASS CONTAINERS OF ANY KIND AT THE POOL
- NO SMOKING WHILE INSIDE THE POOL FENCE AREA OR IN THE POOL BATHROOM
- NO FOOD OR DRINKS, EXCEPT WATER, ARE PERMITTED
- SWIMMING IN THE POOL AFTER BEING IN THE LAKE IS NOT ALLOWED! NO EXCEPTIONS!! PICK ONE, NOT BOTH. IF YOU CHOOSE TO SWIM IN THE LAKE, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO SWIM IN THE POOL THAT DAY, NO EXCEPTIONS!!
If you are found to swim in the Lake and then enter the pool, you will lose your Pool privileges for the season and are subject to a $250.00 fine (the cost involved in bringing the pool back to its safe swimming state). We encourage those of you that enjoy the pool to stop these occurrences when you see them happening before we are forced to close the pool, or just inform us of violations and we will correct. You pay to enjoy the services offered here at the Park, your voice needs to be heard when there are issues.
Anyone who creates a NUISANCE will be asked to leave without refund.
Trash cans are located in and around this area, please use them, do not leave trash behind.
